Guests must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation.

Check-out time: 12:00PM
Late check-out may be available upon request and is subject to availability.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made before the scheduled arrival date to avoid a cancellation fee.
No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
4. Payment
Full payment is due at check-in unless otherwise specified.
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash.
5. Guest Responsibilities
Guests are responsible for their belongings. The hotel is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.
Any damages to the hotel property will be charged to the guest’s credit card.

All guest rooms and common areas are non-smoking. but balcony can be used for smoking.
8. Liability
New Journey is not liable for any accidents or injuries that occur on hotel premises.
Guests are encouraged to obtain travel insurance.

New Journey reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Guests will be notified of any changes.
